All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to us for a prompt refund or exchange. When shipping a return/exchange please include your order number, purchaser name, a contact name/number/email and the reason for the return/exchange.

The following items cannot be returned:
• Food items

Any item purchased through shopgrandcanyon.com can be returned in person at the Canyon Village Market during normal store hours. All returns in person MUST be accompanied by the order receipt including the order number. Returns in person will not be accepted without a copy of the receipt.

If you are returning merchandise to shopgrandcanyon.com directly, you are responsible for all shipping charges. However, if you received the product damaged/defective or if the wrong item was shipped to you, please contact customer service for assistance by emailing gcwebstore@delawarenorth.com or by calling 928-638-2262 ext. 127 Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm MST.

We recommend using a prepaid, insured, traceable method when returning merchandise to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
